Cancellation Policy

Rules for rescheduling, late cancellation, no-shows, weather, and operational changes.

Effective Date: July 14, 2026Last Updated: July 22, 2026Version: 1.1
Ascent Auto Finish Co. is operated by MANDM Detail Hut LLC. This policy should be read with the other policies in the Legal & Trust Center.

General Standard

Appointments reserve travel time, equipment, and Team Member capacity. Clients should cancel or reschedule as early as possible using the available account, messaging, email, or telephone channels.

More Than 24 Hours Before Service

Appointments changed more than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival window may generally be rescheduled without a cancellation charge, subject to availability and any non-refundable third-party or special-order costs disclosed in advance.

Within 24 Hours

A cancellation or material rescheduling request made within 24 hours may result in a late-cancellation charge of up to 50% of the scheduled service price or loss of a booking deposit, whichever Ascent disclosed and accepted at booking. Ascent may waive or reduce the charge based on documented emergencies or other circumstances.

Same-Day Cancellation and No-Show

A same-day cancellation, inability to access the vehicle or property, unsafe service location, absence of required utilities, or failure to provide agreed access may be treated as a no-show and may result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service, less costs not incurred, where permitted and disclosed.

Weather and Safety

Ascent may delay, pause, relocate, or reschedule service because of rain, lightning, extreme temperatures, wind, air-quality conditions, severe-weather alerts, unsafe surfaces, or other safety concerns. A weather-related reschedule initiated by Ascent does not create a Client cancellation fee.

Ascent-Initiated Changes

If Ascent must cancel or materially reschedule for operational reasons, the Client may accept a new appointment or request return of any unused prepaid amount for the affected service. This does not include consequential costs or losses.

Membership Appointments

Membership benefits, unused-service rules, rollover rules, and membership cancellation are governed by the Membership Terms. A late-cancelled or missed appointment may count as a used benefit when disclosed in the membership plan.

How to Cancel

Use the Client portal when available, reply through the active Ascent conversation, email the address below, or call the published telephone number. A cancellation is effective when received and acknowledged or recorded by the system.
