Legal Policy

Membership Terms

Billing, renewal, benefits, appointment use, cancellation, and changes for Ascent Memberships.

Effective Date: July 14, 2026Last Updated: July 22, 2026Version: 1.1
Ascent Auto Finish Co. is operated by MANDM Detail Hut LLC. This policy should be read with the other policies in the Legal & Trust Center.

Enrollment

Membership enrollment creates a recurring service relationship under the plan selected at checkout or in a signed agreement. Plan price, benefits, frequency, eligibility, minimum term, and any enrollment fee will be presented before purchase.

Recurring Billing Authorization

By enrolling, the Client authorizes recurring charges to the approved payment method on the stated billing schedule until cancellation takes effect. The Client must maintain accurate billing information and promptly update an expired or invalid payment method.

Renewal

Memberships renew automatically for the disclosed renewal period unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms. Renewal authorization and notice requirements will be applied as required by applicable law and the terms shown during enrollment.

Benefits and Eligibility

  • Benefits are personal to the Client account and eligible registered vehicle unless the plan expressly allows transfer.
  • Benefits have no cash value and cannot be resold.
  • Service availability, travel limits, blackout dates, vehicle categories, condition charges, and enhancement exclusions may apply.
  • The vehicle must remain reasonably serviceable and safe.

Scheduling and Missed Appointments

Membership does not guarantee a specific appointment time. Late cancellation, no-show, access failure, or unsafe-site rules in the Cancellation Policy apply and may cause a scheduled benefit to be treated as used when disclosed for the plan.

Unused Benefits

Benefits expire at the end of the applicable benefit period unless the specific plan expressly provides rollover. Unused benefits are not automatically refundable or convertible to cash.

Cancellation

A Client may request cancellation through the Client portal when available or by contacting Ascent. Unless a different effective date is required by law or disclosed for a committed-term plan, cancellation stops future renewals and does not retroactively refund a completed billing period. Benefits normally remain available through the paid period unless the account is terminated for abuse, fraud, nonpayment, or safety reasons.

Failed Payments

Ascent may retry a failed payment, request an updated payment method, suspend benefits, or cancel the membership. The Client remains responsible for lawful outstanding amounts.

Price and Plan Changes

Ascent may prospectively change plan price, included benefits, service area, or other terms. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect as required by law. Continued renewal after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted.

Pauses and Transfers

Pauses, vehicle substitutions, transfers, and account holds are available only when offered by the applicable plan or approved in writing by Ascent.

Termination

Ascent may terminate or refuse renewal for fraud, abuse, harassment, repeated unsafe conditions, unauthorized resale, nonpayment, material policy violations, or conduct that threatens Clients, Team Members, property, or operations. Any required refund will be handled under applicable law and the Refund Policy.
