This Privacy Policy explains how Ascent Auto Finish Co., operated by MANDM Detail Hut LLC, handles personal information collected through our website, booking tools, Client portal, communications, services, and related business operations.
Information We Collect
- Identity and contact information, including name, email address, telephone number, and service address.
- Appointment, service, access, scheduling, and Client Experience information.
- Vehicle information, including year, make, model, trim, VIN when provided, mileage, condition notes, and service history.
- Photographs, video, inspection records, quality-control records, and pre-existing-condition documentation.
- Payment, invoice, membership, refund, and transaction information. Complete payment card data is processed by authorized payment providers and is not intended to be stored directly by Ascent.
- Device, browser, IP address, cookie, analytics, security, and interaction data.
- Communications, consent records, opt-out requests, support requests, and message delivery information.
How We Use Information
- Provide, schedule, perform, document, and improve services.
- Create and administer Client accounts, appointments, memberships, invoices, payments, refunds, and support requests.
- Verify service locations, estimate travel, communicate arrival information, and coordinate field operations.
- Protect Clients, Team Members, vehicles, equipment, systems, and business operations.
- Develop quality-control, training, analytics, fraud-prevention, and AI-assisted operational tools, subject to human review where appropriate.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, tax, insurance, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.
Photos, Video, and AI-Assisted Processing
Ascent may use photos, video, inspection notes, and related service information to document vehicle condition, perform quality review, resolve concerns, support training, and improve operations. AI-assisted tools may help identify, organize, summarize, or classify information, but do not replace appropriate human review. Client-facing media is released only through authorized workflows.
- Ascent will not knowingly use Client media for unrelated public advertising without appropriate permission.
- Future smart-glasses or other capture-device workflows will be governed by notice, authorization, access controls, and retention rules before production use.
Mobile Information and Service Providers
Mobile information, including telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records, is not sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with communications providers, carriers, infrastructure providers, and other service providers only as necessary to operate requested messaging services, maintain security, document consent, support Client services, comply with law, or protect rights and property.
- We may disclose information when required by law, court order, subpoena, lawful process, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
- We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising without providing any legally required notice or choice.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain records, protect the business and Clients, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support legitimate operational needs. Retention periods vary by record type. Information may be deleted, anonymized, or archived when no longer required.
Security
Ascent uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Clients should use strong credentials, protect access codes, and notify Ascent of suspected unauthorized activity.
Your Privacy Choices
- Update certain account information through available account tools or contact Ascent.
- Opt out of non-essential SMS messages by replying STOP and request help by replying HELP.
- Adjust browser controls for cookies where available.
- Request access, correction, deletion, or other rights that apply under applicable law. We may need to verify identity and retain information where legally permitted or required.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate authorization.
Texas Privacy Rights
Eligible Texas residents may have rights under applicable Texas privacy law, subject to statutory scope, exceptions, verification, and appeal procedures.
